  You have to ask for Assistance three times before they can serve a Customer
  There were Three worker's to One Customer, Yes One and Two worker's at the Back
  Won't be going back in a Hurry

  Rang to enquire about a product and was told there were customers in store indicating that they were more important. Sorry no customer service there. Won't be purchasing anything either

  The staff here are extremely rude. I required some assistance and the team were standing behind the desk laughing with no masks on! I had to ask several times for assistance but whatever they were watching on the phone was far more important. I eventually got help and I asked if they wouldn’t mind wearing their mask- he laughed at me and told me to leave.

  We wanted a longer 12 vault electrical cable for our car fridge, the gentleman who served us explained they all come in the same length, he did however have a12 vault extension cable, at a very reasonable price. The service was excellant. Would highly recommend this store.

  Don’t bother trying to deal with Jaycar warranty issues at this store. Jaycar itself tried very hard to work with this independent store but the manager was extremely rude and determined not to be helpful, even before he knew what the issue was.
